1. Nature of Coaching & Mentoring Services
1.1. Coaching and mentoring provided by Q Branch Consulting Limited (“QBC”, “we”, “us”) is a collaborative, thought-provoking process designed to support personal and professional development.
1.2. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment and does not substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, or mental health domains.
1.3. Clients are expected to enter sessions voluntarily, taking full ownership of their progress and outcomes.
2. Accountability & Responsibility
2.1. The Client is solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, results, and well-being arising from or connected to any coaching or mentoring sessions.
2.2. QBC and its coaches accept no liability for decisions or outcomes based on coaching interactions.
2.3. The Client agrees that the effectiveness of coaching is directly tied to their commitment, mindset, and implementation of discussed strategies.
3. Commitment & Engagement
3.1. Clients are expected to attend scheduled sessions punctually, engage openly, and complete any tasks or reflections agreed during sessions.
3.2. The Client must communicate honestly and be open to challenge, feedback, and introspection as part of their growth process.
4. Confidentiality
4.1. All client information shared within the coaching relationship is treated as confidential unless:
disclosure is required by law;
there is a risk of harm to the Client or others;
the Client consents in writing.
4.2. QBC may share anonymised learnings with supervision or training partners to ensure quality and development, while protecting client identity.
5. Fees, Payment & Cancellations
5.1. Fees and package details will be outlined in individual agreements or proposals.
5.2. Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed through an approved payment plan.
5.3. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited or charged in full at QBC’s discretion.
5.4. No refunds are provided for missed or unused sessions unless otherwise agreed.
6. Payment Plans
6.1. Clients on approved payment plans must ensure timely monthly payments.
6.2. If payments are missed, the Client may lose access to services and will be invoiced for any overdue amounts.
6.3. QBC charges:
£12 for each returned Direct Debit payment;
£25 administration fee per manual/non-Direct Debit payment.
6.4. QBC does not offer credit; payment plans are interest-free payment spread agreements only.
7. Termination
7.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice.
7.2. Upon termination, the Client is liable for any outstanding payments for sessions already conducted, booked or included in a package or plan (Whether taken or not)
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. QBC makes no guarantees of specific outcomes.
8.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for services rendered.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging in coaching or mentoring sessions with Q Branch Consulting Limited, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full. This includes any sessions undertaken, payments made, or services received.
